All About Us

A home bakery on the outskirts of Royal Leamington Spa.

From a young age I have been passionate about baking, with dreams of one day having my own bakery. It wasn't until the second UK Lockdown that I wanted to take my baking to the next level. Creating celebration cakes, tasty tray-bakes and a range of other products to be shared with everyone.

Having been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease it meant a lot of my favourite bakes were off limits and I was stuck trying to find a decent replacement. I started experimenting with gluten-free baking and that is how The Pink Elephant Bakery was born. Our little home bakery has a strong focus on creating gluten free cakes/bakes that look amazing and taste it too!

That being said we still cater for non gluten-free cakes, dairy free, vegan and soy free. Our aim is to be as inclusive as possible so that everyone has something they can enjoy. Everything we sell is baked fresh to order.

Please note that we require a minimum of 3 days notice for all custom orders.
